Financial disclaimer
TATVIQ is strictly not financial advice.
TATVIQ is built to help users understand IPO documents, particularly Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs), Red Herring Prospectuses (RHPs), and related offering documents in clearer and more accessible language. The platform may organise information, identify potential risk areas, compare disclosed signals, and generate plain-English summaries. However, TATVIQ is not an investment advisor, research analyst, broker, portfolio manager, mutual fund distributor, merchant banker, or any other regulated financial intermediary. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a recommendation to apply for an IPO, avoid an IPO, buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, or rely on any particular score, valuation, rating, or verdict.
Investing in IPOs involves substantial risk. A company may list below its issue price, perform poorly after listing, encounter regulatory challenges, lose customers, experience margin pressure, face governance concerns, or fail to utilise proceeds as investors expect. Information may change between the DRHP, RHP, final prospectus, exchange announcements, corrigenda, price band advertisements, basis of allotment disclosures, and subsequent corporate filings. TATVIQ should therefore be viewed solely as a research and reading aid, not as a substitute for reviewing official documents and conducting independent due diligence.
The analysis generated by TATVIQ is based on automated frameworks and artificial intelligence. As with any analytical tool, errors may occur. The platform may overlook context, misinterpret language, misunderstand financial information, overstate or understate risks, or fail to identify disclosures contained elsewhere in a document. Scores, summaries, red flags, positive signals, and verdicts are educational interpretations intended to assist understanding. They are not guarantees, forecasts, certifications, due diligence reports, fairness opinions, or assurances regarding the quality or future performance of any company.
Users should independently verify all important information through primary sources, including SEBI filings, stock exchange disclosures, company filings, registrar communications, and other official documents. Professional advice from appropriately qualified experts should be obtained where necessary.
All investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user. Factors such as risk tolerance, investment objectives, financial circumstances, tax position, liquidity requirements, portfolio composition, and time horizon are unique to each individual and cannot be assessed by TATVIQ. Before making any investment decision, users should consider consulting a SEBI-registered investment advisor or another qualified professional.
TATVIQ does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or opportunity losses arising from the use of the platform or reliance on its output. This includes, but is not limited to, investment losses, missed gains, allotment outcomes, listing-day performance, tax consequences, or any decisions made on the basis of information presented by TATVIQ.
Past performance, revenue growth, profitability, subscription demand, oversubscription levels, grey market premiums, social media discussions, market sentiment, and AI-generated analysis do not guarantee future returns or listing performance. Users are responsible for evaluating valuation, suitability, risk, and investment merit before committing capital.
General use terms
By using TATVIQ, you agree to use the platform only for lawful and personal research purposes.

TATVIQ may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without prior notice.
All content, branding, design elements, software, analytical frameworks, reports, and intellectual property associated with TATVIQ remain the property of TATVIQ and its creator unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, automate access to, or commercially exploit the platform or its outputs without prior permission.
Use of TATVIQ constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and acknowledgement of the limitations inherent in automated analysis.
Terms & Conditions
The terms for using TATVIQ and its educational research reports.
Purpose and limits
TATVIQ helps readers review Indian IPO prospectuses. Reports, scores, confidence indicators and verdicts are educational decision-support material. They are not personalised financial advice or a recommendation to transact. Read the Disclaimer and the latest official filing before making an investment decision.
AI output can contain errors, omit context and misinterpret figures. Source matching confirms where quoted words were found; it does not prove the surrounding interpretation or predict investment returns. You remain responsible for checking material claims.
Your account and documents
You must be 18 or older to sign in and use an account. Confirming your age is a self-declaration; TATVIQ does not collect your date of birth or identity documents.
Use an account you are authorised to access and protect its sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate another person, share access to bypass limits, or upload private information that you are not entitled to provide.
You retain your rights in uploaded material. By requesting an analysis, you permit the processing and storage needed to generate and provide your report as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not grant TATVIQ a right to sell your document or account information.
Allowance and acceptable use
Each new account receives three lifetime analysis credits by default, with no automatic refill. Each charged analysis uses one credit. Reanalysis is not available; open your saved report instead. Opening a saved report, copying it, or downloading it does not consume an analysis credit.
The service also applies request, file-size, concurrency and shared daily limits. Duplicate uploads may direct you to an existing report. Infrastructure failures are refunded according to the backend processing rules; a generated but unusable response can still consume a credit. The displayed remaining balance reflects the backend allowance.
Do not automate abusive requests, evade account or service limits, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the service. Availability and permitted capacity may change as the service develops.
Availability, ownership and outside services
TATVIQ depends on hosting, Firebase and Google Gemini. Outages, incomplete extraction and processing failures can occur; report delivery and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Do not rely on the platform as your only copy of important research.
The TATVIQ name, interface and original methodology belong to their respective owner. You may use and export your reports for personal research, subject to rights in the source filing. Third-party documents and services retain their own rights and terms.
Privacy, questions and changes
The Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain account data, document processing and browser storage. Mandatory rights available under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
Changes will be reflected in the dated terms and relevant website notices. Continued use is subject to the published terms; new optional data uses require a separate choice.
Privacy Policy
What TATVIQ uses, why it is needed, and how to ask about your information.
About this policy
This policy describes the information used to provide TATVIQ’s educational IPO research service.
Information needed to provide the service
Account: Firebase provides your account identifier, email address, display name and, for Google sign-in, available profile photo. Your chosen name and optional uploaded photo support your account profile. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; the analysis server does not collect or store your password.
Research: the prospectus you upload is read to generate a report. Selected extracted passages, evidence quotations, analysis results and report dates may be saved with your account. Original uploaded PDF files are processed in memory and are not archived by TATVIQ.
Operations: request times, account identifiers, document hashes, job status, credit balances and limited usage/error metadata support the three-credit policy, reliability and abuse prevention. The analysis quota store hashes the connection address. Hosting providers may also process IP addresses and ordinary access/security logs.
We do not ask for your investment holdings, income, payment-card information, phone number or postal address. Name and photo editing is optional. Upload public prospectuses that you have permission to use; do not upload passwords, credentials or unrelated private documents.
How processing works
Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, operated by Google, provide sign-in and account/report storage. The backend hosted on Render extracts prospectus text and sends selected text to Google Gemini to produce the analysis. Netlify serves the website. These providers process information needed for their respective services, potentially outside your country.
Age, account and data-use confirmation appears before sign-in; document-processing confirmation appears before analysis submission. Optional profile edits are covered by the account privacy notice. Account and report data support the service you request. Request history and quotas help prevent abuse and control processing costs. We do not sell account data, use it for advertising, or send marketing messages.
Browser storage, analytics and outside links
Firebase may persist sign-in state in browser storage. TATVIQ remembers your theme, disclaimer preference and the account consent you choose on this browser. Age confirmation starts unchecked at sign-in and is not stored. Earlier versions may leave device-local profile or report copies, which can be migrated into the signed-in account. See the Cookies Policy for details.
The current website installs no optional analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or third-party embedded media. Fonts and interface assets are served by the site. Opening external links or Google sign-in uses the relevant provider; profile images supplied by Google may load from Google image servers.
Storage and deletion
Saved reports and profiles remain available until removed or a deletion request is handled. Deleting a report in Saved Analyses removes it from that archive and leaves a deletion marker to prevent old-device reimport. Canonical job results and security/usage records are separate and are not automatically erased by that archive action. The current service has no automatic retention schedule for those records.
Access, correction, account deletion and research-data requests can be submitted using the contact details already provided on the homepage. Requests are verified before action; any retention for security, legal obligations or service records will be explained. Never include a password, ID token or private service-account key.
Signing out ends the current session but does not delete cloud reports. Clearing site storage removes local preferences and cached sign-in state; it does not erase cloud records. Service providers may retain logs or backups according to their own policies.
Protection and policy changes
Account access uses Firebase sign-in and user-scoped storage rules. Analysis credits and private job records are enforced by the backend. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your sign-in details and sign out of shared devices.
The date below identifies this policy version. Material processing changes will be reflected in the policy and relevant consent notice. Optional tracking will require a separate choice before activation.
Cookies Policy
The current site uses functional storage, with no optional advertising or analytics tracking.
What is used now
Firebase Authentication uses browser storage, including IndexedDB or local/session storage where supported, to maintain your sign-in session. Google sign-in may use Google-managed cookies or storage in its authentication flow. This is needed to perform the sign-in you request.
The tatviq-theme preference remembers dark or light mode. The tatviq-terms preference remembers disclaimer acknowledgement where used. The versioned tatviq-account-consent preference remembers your Legal & Privacy acceptance in this browser. Age confirmation is not stored and starts unchecked each time the sign-in form opens; no birth date or identity document is collected. Older versions may leave user-specific local profile/report records that support migration. These are functional records rather than advertising identifiers.
Analytics, pixels and embeds
The current website includes no Google Analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies, session-replay scripts, video embeds or social-media embeds. Social/contact links are ordinary links. Fonts are hosted on the site. Netlify and Render may collect ordinary hosting/access logs; those logs are separate from optional browser tracking.
No optional-tracking consent banner is displayed because no optional tracking is activated. Functional storage supports the service and preferences you request. If optional analytics or advertising is added, it must remain disabled until a separate, freely chosen consent is given, with a way to withdraw it.
Your choices
You can sign out from your account and use your browser settings to clear or block site storage. This can remove the remembered theme and session, and you may need to sign in again. Blocking authentication storage can prevent sign-in from working. Clearing the browser does not delete cloud reports.
For information about cloud records, providers and deletion requests, read the Privacy Policy.
